Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 garlic clove
- 1⁄2 teaspoon seasoned pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion flakes
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1⁄8 cup water
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
Directions
- Mix all ingredients thourougly. Make patties to fry until fully cooked.
