Nate's Sausage

Breakfast sausage that has a sweet taste. I made this up basing proportions on other sausage recipes I have seen. I like best the fast that no special spices like cure #1 or MSG are required. Enjoy

• Serves: 6-8
• Yields: 6-8 patties

Ingredients

• 1  lb ground pork
• 1  teaspoon kosher salt
• 1  garlic clove
• 1⁄2 teaspoon  seasoned pepper
• 1  teaspoon  onion flakes
• 1  tablespoon brown sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon liquid smoke
• 1⁄8 cup water
• 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients thourougly. Make patties to fry until fully cooked.
