Nana's Spinach Balls

Sooooooo good! These are my favorite appetizer at Christmas. I could eat the whole batch! Be sure to really drain the spinach well. I usually squeeze it in paper towels after thawing. These are Great finger foods, watch them disappear at your next dinner party ;) Show more

Serves: 8

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 ounce) packages  chopped spinach, thawed and drained very well
  • 1  medium onion, finely diced
  • 6  eggs
  • 1  cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated
  • 34 cup butter, melted
  • 1  teaspoon  granulated garlic
  • 12 teaspoon thyme
  • 1  teaspoon  seasoned salt
  • 14 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 2  cups  seasoned stuffing mix

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix all ingredients.
  3. Shape into balls.
  4. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
