Nana's Pot Roast

Ingredients
- 3 lbs chuck arm pot roast
- 1 (8 ounce) 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
1 Envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1 (8 ounce) can nonfat beef broth
- 24 ounces dry red wine
- 8 -12 garlic cloves
- 1 (8 ounce) bag frozen pearl onions
- 1 cup sweet red pepper, sliced
- 20 small red potatoes
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 1 (12 ounce) baby portabella mushrooms, halved
Directions
- Put all ingredients together and put in the oven covered in tinfoil at 325 degrees for 4-6 hours. The meat should fall apart. Also can be done in crock pot for 8-10 hours. Serve with Crusty warm bread.
