Nana's Oatmeal Pancakes

This is my mom's recipe that she always makes for my girls when she comes to visit. Directions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients.
  2. Mix wet ingredients, then add to dry mixture and mix well. Batter will be thin.
  3. Let sit for at least fifteen minutes so the oatmeal softens.
  4. Spray a preheated skillet with Pam (or use butter or a small amount of oil), and add 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
  5. Grill until brown on one side, flip and grill until second side is brown.
  6. Serve with yummy syrup!
