Yields: 1 Meatloaf
Ingredients
- 700 g lean ground beef
- 2⁄3 cup fine soft bread crumbs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1⁄4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sage
- pepper, to taste
Topping
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
- 1⁄4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Put in loaf pan
- Spread toppping over meatloaf.
- Bake at 350 for 1 1/4 hours.
