Nana's Fuzzy Navel Cake

Ingredients
Cake
- 1 (18 ounce) box orange cake mix
- 1 (24 ounce) can peach pie filling
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
Frosting
- 1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (8 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding
- 1 (8 ounce) package softened cream cheese
- 8 ounces Cool Whip
- 1⁄2 cup toasted shredded coconut
Directions
- Mix together cake mix pie filling, eggs, and sour cream. Pour into 9x13 inches pan. Bake for 25-30 min at 350°F.
- Whip cream cheese until fluffy.
- Add pudding and undrained pineapple.
- Fold in cool whip.
- Spread over cooled cake.
- Sprinkle with toasted coconut.
