Nana Wheat Muffins

Ingredients
- 3 bananas (mashed)
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 5 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 3⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3⁄4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1⁄3 cup walnuts (chopped)
Directions
- Preheat oven 375 degrees.
- Combine banana's, sugar and egg in bowl.
- Add butter and walnuts.
- Stir in dry ingredients.
- Fill 12 muffin papers or muffin tin 2/3 full each with batter.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until muffins are done.
