Nadiyas Sweet Potato Pie

This is a recipe that we adapted from my husbands grandmother-Enjoy!!! Prep time doesn't include cooking time for sweet potatoes if preparing them at home rather than buying them canned. Show more

  1. Combine all ingrdients in large bowl and mix well with electric or stand mixer. You could sub pumpkin pie spice for the spices-when I do I use about 11/2 Tablespoons.
  2. Pour into the 3 pie shells-do not over fill.
  3. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes then turn down to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 50 minutes or until a knife in the middle comes out clean. Ovens and times vary so keep an eye on it.
