Nacho Cucumbers!

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 1 cucumber (sliced)
- 4 ounces salsa
- 4 ounces pre-shredded fat-free cheddar cheese
Directions
- Peel and slice cucumber.
- Put 1 teaspoon salsa on each slice of cucumber.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Put slices on paper towel and microwave for approximately 15 secs or until cheese begins to melt slightly.
- Very delicious, quick, and delicious!
