Ingredients
- 1 lb parsnip, peeled sliced longways
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1⁄4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1⁄4 teaspoon caraway seed, ground
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cumin
- 1⁄4 teaspoon coriander seed, ground
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1⁄4 cup vegetable stock
Directions
- boil parsnips in water 8 minutes.
- drain.
- in skillet add oil onions.
- add garlic.
- add spices dont burn add stock.
- add honey.
- add parsnips.
- cook for 10 minutes more until glazed.
