Mystery Pie

This pie is so easy to make. It will disappear before your very eyes.

Ingredients

• 3  egg whites
• 1  cup sugar
• 3⁄4 cup graham cracker crumbs
• 1  cup  chopped pecans
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
• 1  teaspoon baking powder
•  whipped cream

Directions

1. Beat egg whites until stiff Mix together sugar, graham cracker crumbs, pecans, vanilla and baking powder Fold gently into beaten egg whites Bake in a 9 inch pie pan at 350 degrees for 25 minutes Top with whipped cream.
