Ingredients
- 8 skinless chicken breasts
- 1 egg
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 1 cup oil
Sauce
- 3 cups sugar
- 1⁄2 cup vinegar
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
Directions
- Dip chicken in beaten egg, then cornstarch, fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Place in casserole dish.
- Mix sauce well and pour over chicken and bake for 2 hours at 325*.
