My Smoked Meat Loaf Recipe

Serves: 4-6
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 green pepper, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced (optional)
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs or 1 cup saltine cracker crumb
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3⁄4 cup ketchup
- 1⁄4 cup milk
Directions
- Smoke it at around 250 degrees for 3 to 4 hours until the center registered 160 degrees.
- Folks -- that was the best meat loaf I had ever eaten and I have had my share of meat loaf!
