My " Real" Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients
- 2 (10 inch) pie crusts (unbaked)
Filling
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 cups pumpkin (baked, skinned, pureed)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 0.5 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
Directions
- Combine the eggs, pumpkin, sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and milk.
- Mix well and pour into prepared pie crusts.
- Bake in a 425°F oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350°F and bake an additional 50-60 minutes or until the center of the pie is no longer wobbly or liquid.
- Cool and serve with whipped topping or vanilla ice cream.
