My Ranch Macaroni Salad

Serves: 4-5
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb elbow macaroni
- 1⁄2 cucumber, sliced and quartered
- 1⁄2 cup celery, sliced
- 1⁄4 cup carrot, grated
- 1 (10 ounce) can chicken
- 1⁄4 cup bacon bits
- 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
- 4 tablespoons ranch dressing
Directions
- Boil the macaroni and drain. (when I'm in a hurry, I put the cooling macaroni in the freezer in a bowl.).
- In a large bowl, mix together the vegetables, mayo and dressing. (If you wish to season do it now, I tend not to season it because the ranch flavor is what I like.).
- After the macaroni is cool enough, mix together, and enjoy it heartily!
- *There are a few times when I have actually eaten this slightly warm because I couldn't wait for it to cool all the way! It still tastes good that way too!
