My Passover Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄3 cups water
- 2⁄3 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups matzo meal
- 6 eggs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 3 muffin tins.
- Boil water, oil, sugar, and salt.
- Add matzah meal. Stir to combine until dough starts to form a ball. Let cool a few minutes.
- Add beaten eggs stirring continually until smooth and combined.
- Drop by heaping tablespoon fulls into greased muffin tins.
- Bake approximately 30 minutes.
