My Passover Rolls

All Passover rolls use the same basic ingredients in varying but similar combinations. I find that beating the eggs in 1 at a time is very time consuming and fatiguing. It works fine if you beat the eggs 1st then add them. Show more

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 3 muffin tins.
  2. Boil water, oil, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add matzah meal. Stir to combine until dough starts to form a ball. Let cool a few minutes.
  4. Add beaten eggs stirring continually until smooth and combined.
  5. Drop by heaping tablespoon fulls into greased muffin tins.
  6. Bake approximately 30 minutes.
