Ingredients
- 1 chocolate cookie pie crust
- 1 pint coffee ice cream
- 0.5 (12 ounce) bag mini chocolate chips
- hot fudge (optional)
Directions
- Buy 1 Oreo cookie pie already-made crust.
- Fill with coffee ice cream.
- Spread ice cream with cooking ladle.
- Put in refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
- Take out and cover top in chocolate chips.
- Freeze until next day.
