My Mother-In-Law's Best Shrimp Marinade

Ingredients
- 2 lbs large shrimp, uncooked, shelled, tail on
- marinade
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
- 3 large garlic cloves, crushed
- 4 tablespoons sesame oil
- 4 ounces rice wine
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dry mustard
Directions
- Mix all the marinade ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag.
- Add shrimp to the bag and marinade 1-2 hours.
- Skwer the shrimp on water-soaked bamboo skwers (about 4-5 per skwer).
- Grill shrimp over medium heat until pink
