My Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
- 1⁄2 cup diced onion
- 1⁄2 diced green bell pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1⁄3 cup ketchup (may add more if you like)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
glaze
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 4 tablespoons cider vinegar
Directions
- Mix all together. form into loaf. bake 350 for 1 -11/2 hrs or til golden on top. brush with glaze throughout baking.
- mix all glaze ingredients, brush onto loaf as it cooks.
- NOTE: OMIT VINEGAR AND KETCHUP FROM RECIPE, ADD 2-3 TBS. OF GLAZE TO MEATLOAF MIXTURE. USE REMAINING FOR GLAZE.
