My Meatloaf

This is my recipe. created by mixing 2 recipes for the perfect flavor and consistency

• Yields: 6 SLICES

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 lbs ground beef
• 1⁄2 cup  diced onion
• 1⁄2  diced green bell pepper
• 2  eggs
• 1⁄3 cup ketchup (may add more if you like)
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cider vinegar
• 1⁄2 cup  dry breadcrumbs
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper

• glaze

• 2  tablespoons brown sugar
• 2  tablespoons ketchup
• 4  tablespoons cider vinegar

Directions

1. Mix all together. form into loaf. bake 350 for 1 -11/2 hrs or til golden on top. brush with glaze throughout baking.
2. mix all glaze ingredients, brush onto loaf as it cooks.
3. NOTE: OMIT VINEGAR AND KETCHUP FROM RECIPE, ADD 2-3 TBS. OF GLAZE TO MEATLOAF MIXTURE. USE REMAINING FOR GLAZE.
