My Granny's Blueberry Muffins

Very blueberry muffins! Not too sweet.

  1. In a medium sized bowl, whisk both flours, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together eggs, milk, margarine.
  3. Add dry ingredients to wet and stir just until mixed.
  4. Fold in blueberries.
  5. Fill muffins tins and sprinkle tops with sugar.
  6. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.
