My Go to Green Morning Smoothie

Serves: 8
Ingredients
- 15 ounces , your favorite canned fruit undrained
- 1 green apple, cored and roughly chopped
- 6 tablespoons , hemp chai and flax seed combo
- 1 -2 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 -2 cup water
- 4 cups dark leafy greens
- 1 teaspoon himalayan salt
Directions
- in a large blender, add greens and 1 cup of water.
- Process until smooth and then add the rest of the ingredients.
- Keep adding water until you get your desired consistency.
- Pour into five mason or canning jars remember to leave space at the top if freezing.
