My Go to Green Morning Smoothie

I usually make a weeks worth at a time and store in mason jars. If freezing, make sure to leave a 1 inch gap to account for expansion, otherwise your jars may crack. Show more

Ingredients

  • 15  ounces  , your favorite canned fruit undrained
  • 1  green apple, cored and roughly chopped
  • 6  tablespoons  , hemp chai and flax seed combo
  • 1 -2  tablespoon  minced garlic
  • 1 -2  cup water
  • 4  cups  dark  leafy greens
  • 1  teaspoon  himalayan salt

Directions

  1. in a large blender, add greens and 1 cup of water.
  2. Process until smooth and then add the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Keep adding water until you get your desired consistency.
  4. Pour into five mason or canning jars remember to leave space at the top if freezing.
