My First Smoothie

This was only the second second recipe that I created, so it's not perfect. Some people might find it just a tiny bit bland, so feel free to add more yogurt or jelly, whichever you prefer. Serve it fast because the ice and the actual smoothie separate in about 3 minutes. Show more

Yields: 5 cups

Ingredients

  • 1  cup  sugar-free blueberry jelly
  • 2 12 cups  mango passion fruit yogurt
  • 4  cups 1% low-fat milk
  • 10  ice cubes
  • 5  almonds

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high.
  2. Pour and serve!
