- 1 1⁄2 lbs burger meat
- 1⁄4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1⁄4 cup onion (chopped)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 5 cheese slices
Directions
- mix all ingredients together.
- cook burgers well done.
- place cheese on top.
- serve with your favorite toppings.
- enjoy.
