My Best Burgers

Yields: 4-6 patties
Ingredients
Patties
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 beaten egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1⁄4 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped (or 1/4 tsp. onion powder)
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard (or 1/2 tsp. dried)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon clubhouse steakhouse pepper seasoning
- 1 -2 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 -2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Burger Accessories
- hamburger buns or kaiser roll
- sliced tomatoes
- lettuce leaf
- Miracle Whip
- sliced processed cheese
- horseradish
- mustard
- ketchup or barbecue sauce
- relish
- sliced onion
Directions
- Mix all patty ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
- Shape into patties (I usually do 6, although my husband would prefer 4 larger patties!).
- Grill or broil (grilling tastes way better) and serve with all the other good stuff.
