My Asian Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (or any ground meat u like)
- 1 teaspoon finley chopped gingerroot (you can use powder)
- 1 teaspoon finley chopped garlic (or 1/2tsp powder)
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped basil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
- 1 teaspoon crushed red chili pepper flakes (optional)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- nonstick cooking spray
Directions
- spray skillet with a light coating of non-stick spray.combine all ingredients in a bowl. shape patties. heat skillet to medium heat. place burgers on skillet and cook till desired doneness.
