Ingredients
- 1⁄2 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 4 cups soup (stock)
- 4 teaspoons cream
- mustard
Directions
- In a hot pan glace onion and garlic in the oil until golden.
- Add soup and bring to boil.
- Add cream and mustard for taste.
