Mustard Sauce with Ginger

Ingredients
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 tablespoon grated gingerroot or 1 teaspoon dried ginger
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Directions
- In a small saucepan boil vinegar, sugar, salt and soy sauce over medium heat.
- Mix cornstarch and mustard in 1/2 cup cold water.
- Stir in and cook until it thickens.
- Grate in ginger root (or dry ginger).
- Serve over any type of roast meat.
