Mustard Sauce with Ginger

Serve this either hot or cold over any type of roast. Great for open faced sandwiches.

  1. In a small saucepan boil vinegar, sugar, salt and soy sauce over medium heat.
  2. Mix cornstarch and mustard in 1/2 cup cold water.
  3. Stir in and cook until it thickens.
  4. Grate in ginger root (or dry ginger).
  5. Serve over any type of roast meat.
