Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 1⁄4 cup pouring cream
Directions
- Bring stock to the boil.
- Add mustards, simmer gently for 4 minutes.
- Carefully whisk in cream, simmer 3 more minutes until thickened.
- Serve over chicken.
