Mustard Sauce

Great served over chicken !!

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 12 cup  chicken stock
  • 1  tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1  tablespoon  whole grain mustard
  • 14 cup  pouring  cream

Directions

  1. Bring stock to the boil.
  2. Add mustards, simmer gently for 4 minutes.
  3. Carefully whisk in cream, simmer 3 more minutes until thickened.
  4. Serve over chicken.
