Mustard Mayonnaise

Yields: 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 1⁄4 cups salad oil
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon brandy or 1 tablespoon cognac
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
Directions
- Juice lemon.
- Combine egg, mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and 1/4 cup oil in a blender.
- While the machine is still running, slowly add remaining oil.
- Blend in remaining ingredients.
