Mustard-Glazed Snack Mix

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Line a jelly-roll pan with foil and coat with cooking spray. Toss together the cereal, pretzels, and nuts in large bowl and set aside.
  2. Place the mustard, honey, butter, Worcestershire sauce, and red pepper in medium microwaveable bowl. Cover with waxed paper wna dmicrowave on high for 45-60 seconds. Stir until smooth. Drizzle about 1/2 of mustard mixture over cereal and soss, using a large spoon until evenly coated. Repeat with remaining mustard mixture. Spread the coated cereal mixture in a single layer on the prepared jelly-roll pann.
  3. Bake for 30-35 inutes, stiring halfway through, until evenly toasted. Set the pan on a rack to cool to room temperature Store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
