Mustard-Glazed Ham

Ingredients

  • 1  spiral-sliced ham (about 7-8 lbs., with glaze packet provided)
  • 13 cup  peach preserves
  • 3  tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2  tablespoons water

Directions

  1. Place ham, wide-side down, in foil-lined roasting pan. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for 1 hour, 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, in pot over medium heat, bring glaze packet from ham, peach preserves, mustard, and water to boil. Over medium-low heat, cook until thickened, 8-10 minutes; cool slightly.
  3. Brush ham with glaze; bake until thermometer inserted into thickest part registers 140 degrees, about 30 minutes.
