Mustard / Apricot Jam Chicken

This recipe is very flexible, you can add more or less of anything depending on your taste. My family likes spicey and I usually eye things so feel free to change anything. Show more

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix mustard, jam and garlic powder. Set aside.
  3. Mix bread crumbs, pepper and salt in a zip lock bag. Coat both sides of the chicken with the mustard/ jam mixture. Put chicken in zip lock bag and shake till evenly coated with bread crumbs. Shake off extra bread crumbs.
  4. Place chicken on a greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake for an hour uncovered.
