Must Make Mango Salsa

Serves: 8-10
Ingredients
- 2 large red peppers, seeded and cut into strips
- 1 large sweet white onion, skinned and quartered
- 0.5 (10 1/2ounce) jar red pepper jelly (i use Braswells)
- 1⁄2 bunch cilantro leaf
- 1⁄4 cup lime juice
- salt
- 1 (24 ounce) jar of del monte mangoes, drained
Directions
- I put everything into the food processor and pulse until fairly fine.
- You can pulse it to your preference.
- If you like it chunky, don't do it for too long.
- if you like it soupy, go for it.
- You can also do this manually with a knife and dice everything, but that's too much work.
