  1. Place a thin coat of olive oil in a pan over high heat.
  2. Add shallots, garlic, and curry powder and cook~~Without Browning~~.
  3. Add white wine.
  4. Bring to a boil; add mussels and cover.
  5. Cook until the mussels have opened.
  6. Then add creme fraiche and stir to incorporate.
