Ingredients
- 3 cups canned mussels, drained
- 3 (2 1/2ounce) jars chopped pimiento, drained
- 6 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon dry sherry
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons lemon juice
Directions
- Place mussels on a platter.
- Combine remaining ingredients; serve with mussels.
