Mushrooms With Stilton and Spinach

This is from the Somerfield grocery store magazine. It has a really complex flavour, I was quite impressed. I served this with chicken, but I think it would match beef a little better. Show more

Directions

  1. Wash and remove stalks from mushrooms.
  2. Place tops down on a baking sheet.
  3. Top with spinach, stilton, walnuts and thyme.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and bake in a hot oven for 10-12 minutes.
