Mushrooms Ala Creme'

Ingredients
- 1 lb mushroom
- 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 1⁄2 cup heavy cream
Directions
- Put washed mushrooms in crock-pot or casserole dish – Top with Parmesan cheese.
- Melt butter in saucepan and then add flour. Once flour is dissolved – add bouillon and water. Heat until bouillon is dissolved. Add heavy cream. Pour over mushrooms. Bake at 350F for 30 minute.
- Note: My mom puts ½ cup of breadcrumbs on this and cooks it in a glass casserole dish. Because I was going to put it in the crock-pot – I did not add the breadcrumbs because I thought they would soak up all the sauce while sitting.
