  1. Filling:
  2. Blend in a mixer cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and continuing mixing until creamy.
  4. Gently wash mushrooms and remove steams.
  5. Fill hole in cap with cream cheese mixture.
  6. Top each mushroom with a piece of cheese.
  7. Butter Topping:
  8. Whip butter until smooth.
  9. Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
  10. Place a dab of seasoned butter on top of cheese.
  11. Place mushrooms in shallow baking pan.
  12. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
