Mushroom Walnut Loaf(Vegetarian Meatloaf) Copycat from the Spot

Ingredients
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 1⁄2 cups raw walnuts, chopped
- 4 cups rennetless cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 1⁄4 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 3⁄4 cup onion, chopped small
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons granulated garlic
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons tamari soy sauce
- 3 1⁄2 cups cooked brown rice
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well.
- Pour into a 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake for 45 minutes.
- Serve with mushroom walnut gravy.
