Mushroom Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
- 1 lb sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup carrot, finely chopped
- 1 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 (10 ounce) can condensed beef broth
- 2 cups water
- 1⁄4 cup tomato paste
- 1 bay leaf
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons red wine
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except wine in crockpot.
- Cook on low for 5-8 hours.
- Stir in red wine 15 minutes before serving.
- Remove bay leaf.
