Directions

  1. Saute the mushrooms in oil for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Add the stock cube and wine. Dissolve the stock cube.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients.
  4. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  5. Serve with rice.
