Mushroom Salad

Ingredients
- 375 g sliced mushrooms
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 1 medium carrot, grated
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1⁄2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1⁄3 cup kraft fat-free mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
Directions
- Combine in serving dish mushrooms, spring onions, carrot, bean sprouts, parsley and celery.
- Mix mayonnaise and orange juice.
- Pour dressing over salad and enjoy.
