Mushroom Ramen

From Food Network Magazine, super easy, have not tried yet.

Yields: 1/2 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 ounce) package  ramen noodles (any flavor)
  • 1  lb  sliced  wild mushroom
  • 1  tablespoon  vegetable oil
  • 1  tablespoon butter

Directions

  1. Soak 1 packet ramen noodles (any flavor) in warm water, 5 minutes; drain.
  2. Stir-fry 1 pound sliced wild mushrooms and the ramen flavor packet in a cast-iron skillet with vegetable oil, 3 minutes; transfer to a plate.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon butter and the noodles to the skillet, toss 1 minute, then add the mushrooms.
