Mushroom Meat Patties

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs ground round
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 small onion
- 1 small potato
- 1⁄3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 (10 ounce) can mushroom soup
- 1⁄2 cup water
- garlic powder, to taste
Directions
- Peel and grate onion and potato. Mix well with meat, egg, milk and seasoning. Shape into patties and brown. Place in casserole dish and cover with soup and water. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes at 350*.
