- Set oven to 350 degrees F.
- Saute mushrooms and onions in butter until soft.
- Add barley, cook until barley is lightly browned.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Transfer to a large casserole dish.
- Cover and bake 50 to 60 minute until barley is tender and liquid is absorbed.
