- Sautee onion until soft but not brown.
- Add chicken and saute lightly.
- Set to one side.
- For sauce, melt butter, add flour, stir in milk.
- Allow to thicken.
- Place chicken mix and sauce into pie shell.
- Top with sliced mushrooms.
- Cover with the other pastry.
- Bake at 390F for approx 30-45 min until top is a little brown.
