Multigrain Cranberry Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1⁄2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1⁄4 cup powdered milk
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1⁄4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1⁄2 cup mashed banana
- 1⁄2 cup peanut butter
- 1⁄2 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3⁄4 cup dried cranberries (or blueberries or cherries)
Directions
- In large bowl, combine dry ingredients. Stir in banana, peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla until just blended. Gently fold in cranberries.
- Drop batter by 2 tablespoons onto baking sheets, spacing 2 inches apart. Flatten each to ½ inch thick.
- Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until set in center.
