Ingredients
- 1 cup water, slightly warm
- 1⁄2 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 1⁄2 cups bread flour
- 1⁄4 cup cornmeal
- 1⁄4 cup old fashioned oats
- 1⁄4 cup wheat bran
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 1⁄4 teaspoons yeast
Directions
- Load bread machine according to manufacturer's directions. Use wheat cycle.
