Ingredients
- 1⁄3 cup milk
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 1⁄2 cup blueberries
- 3 eggs
- 1⁄3 cup oats
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3⁄4 tablespoon vanilla essence
- 1⁄3 cup apple
- 1 tablespoon skim milk powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 175°C.
- Mix all wet ingredients together.
- mix all dry ingredients in a seperate bowl.
- Add the two mixes together.
- fold in the blueberries.
- put in muffin moulds and put in oven for 30 - 35 minutes.
