Ingredients
- 1 cup white flour
- 1⁄2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1⁄2 cup oatmeal
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 dash salt
- 1⁄2 cup wheat germ
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 egg
- 1⁄2 cup safflower oil
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1⁄4 cup honey
Directions
- Combine flour, oatmeal, baking soda, salt, wheat germ, raisins and egg. Separate bowl: combine oil, milk and honey - add this to flour mixture. Blend, pour into muffin cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minute.
